Job summary

GRUNDFOS in Brookshire, TX is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of medium to large complex projects in water technology. You will ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes, coordinating across cross-functional teams and external suppliers.

The role reports to the Proposal Manager and offers a hybrid schedule based at our Brookshire facility. A strong background in project management, SAP PS, and PRINCE2 is preferred.

Qualifications

• Engineering bachelor’s or master’s degree with 5+ years delivering technically complex projects on time, cost, and quality.
• Strong project management skills including financial management, risk management, and change management (PRINCE2 and SAP PS).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple medium-to-large complexity projects to time, cost, and quality targets using SAP PS and SAP SD.
• Coordinate with sub-suppliers and sub-contractors to align service levels and supply agreements.
• Prepare submittal packages and handover documentation per formats and standards.
• Proactively manage risks and opportunities across the project portfolio and escalate as needed.
• Liaise with Proposals, Sales, Supply Chain, Field Service, and Warranty teams to resolve customer issues.
• Support monthly KPI analysis and reporting with Finance/Credit Control to secure on-time payments.
