Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).
• 15+ years of sales/engineering experience, preferably with pump and/or modular solutions manufacturers.
• 7+ years of people leadership experience managing project engineers and project managers in manufacturing or engineered-to-order environments.
• Hands-on SAP experience for project tracking, BOM management, and order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and mentor project managers, project engineers, and assistant project managers — establishing clear expectations and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Provide senior-level oversight of the project portfolio, identifying risks and ensuring projects meet financial, schedule, quality, and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Align Project Execution & Engineering priorities with business strategy by partnering with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain leadership.
• Establish governance standards, scalable processes, and best practices that improve cycle time, predictability, and customer experience across units.
• Evaluate organizational capacity, pipeline, and resource needs — making strategic staffing recommendations.
• Serve as senior escalation point for complex customer issues, commercial negotiations, and cross-functional decisions.
