Job summary

Grundfos in Brookshire, Texas is seeking a Project Execution & Engineering Leader to provide strategic and operational leadership for the organization, developing people, aligning cross-functional teams, and driving project excellence across our modular systems portfolio.

You will mentor managers, oversee the project portfolio, establish governance, and partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain to enable growth in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent)
• 15+ years of sales/engineering experience
• 7+ years of people leadership experience managing project engineers and project managers
• Hands-on SAP experience for project tracking, BOM management, and order fulfillment
• MBA or advanced business degree
• Knowledge of Grundfos pumps and packaged pump systems
• Ability to read P&IDs and fabrication drawings

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and mentor project managers, project engineers, and assistant project managers — establishing clear expectations, accountability, and a culture of continuous improvement across the organization
• Provide senior-level oversight of the project portfolio, identifying risks, driving escalation resolution, and ensuring projects meet financial, schedule, quality, and customer satisfaction objectives
• Align Project Execution & Engineering priorities with business strategy by partnering with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain leadership to anticipate execution requirements and support growth
• Establish governance standards, scalable processes, and best practices that improve cycle time, predictability, and the overall customer experience across business units
• Evaluate organizational capacity, pipeline, and resource needs — making strategic recommendations on staffing, structure, and succession planning to build long-term capability
• Serve as senior escalation point for complex customer issues, commercial negotiations, and cross-functional decisions requiring experienced judgment
