As our Project Execution & Engineering Leader, you will be providing strategic and operational leadership for the entire Project Execution & Engineering organization by developing people, strengthening cross-functional alignment, and driving project excellence across our modular systems portfolio. As a key part of the Project Execution & Engineering team, you'll create impact by leading organizational transformation that elevates project delivery performance, strengthens team capabilities, and ensures Grundfos consistently exceeds customer expectations across every project we execute. This role is hybrid (at least 3 days per week in office) in our Brookshire, Texas site.

The salary range for this position is $122,000.00 - $198,000.00. Individual pay will be determined based on market location and the candidate’s profile. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation and benefits package for employees. Total compensation includes paid time off, paid holidays, merit increases, bonuses, and employee stock purchase programs, etc. The salary rates are benchmarked and reflect the target for new hire salaries for the position in this region.
