Job summary

Grundfos seeks a seasoned Project Execution & Engineering Leader to drive transformation, develop people, and elevate project delivery across a modular systems portfolio. Hybrid work arrangement with strong cross-functional collaboration is expected in Brookshire, TX.

The role emphasizes leadership in engineering, portfolio oversight, and customer-focused outcomes. You will mentor managers and engineers, align with Sales/Operations/Finance, and establish scalable processes to improve cycle time

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering.
15+ years sales/engineering experience in pump or modular systems.
7+ years people leadership in manufacturing or ETO environments.
Hands-on SAP experience for project tracking and order fulfillment.
MBA or advanced business degree is a plus.
Knowledge of Grundfos pumps and packaged pump systems.

Responsibilities

Lead, develop, and mentor project managers, project engineers, and assistant project managers.
Provide senior-level oversight of the project portfolio, manage risks, and ensure performance.
Align priorities with business strategy by partnering with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain.
Establish governance standards and scalable processes to improve cycle time and customer experience.
Evaluate capacity and staffing needs to build long-term capability.
Serve as senior escalation point for complex customer issues and cross-functional decisions.
