Grundfos—the world-leader in water technology—seeks a results-driven Warehouse Manager to lead all warehouse, inventory, and logistics activities at our Brookshire, TX plant. You will drive safety, quality, service, and cost performance while supporting production schedules and customer delivery commitments.

You bring 7+ years in warehouse/distribution within manufacturing, 3+ years of leadership, and hands-on experience with 3PLs, SAP, and WMS.

Qualifications

7+ years of warehouse, distribution, or supply chain experience within a manufacturing environment.
3+ years of leadership experience managing warehouse/logistics operations and personnel.
Experience managing third‑party logistics (3PL) or external warehouse providers.
Proficiency with SAP warehouse transactions and warehouse management systems (WMS).
Must work on-site in Brookshire, TX plant 5 days.

Responsibilities

Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, put‑away, picking, packing, shipping, cycle counting, and inventory control to ensure uninterrupted material flow to manufacturing.
Oversee third‑party warehouse providers by establishing KPIs, conducting audits, monitoring performance, and optimizing the external warehouse network for cost and service efficiency.
Maintain inventory accuracy through SAP and WMS, lead cycle count programs and annual physical inventories, and drive corrective actions on discrepancies.
Manage warehouse space utilization, storage capacity planning, and material transfers between external warehouses and manufacturing facilities.
Lead, coach, and develop warehouse supervisors, leads, and associates while promoting a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
Ensure full compliance with company safety policies, quality standards, EHS requirements, and environmental procedures including waste disposal and spill response.
