Job summary

Nalco Water, an Ecolab Company, seeks a Technical Sales Representative to grow revenue in targeted accounts in the Beaumont area. You’ll apply a consultative sales approach, build relationships with existing customers, and drive system assurance programs that meet their key business needs.

With strong account leadership, you’ll convert strategic opportunities and sell Nalco Water innovations to current customers, including a 60-mile territory, 10% overnight travel, and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with technical sales or field sales experience.
• Current and valid driver's license required; immigration sponsorship not available.
• Preferred degrees: chemical/ mechanical/ industrial engineering or life sciences.

Responsibilities

• Generate and execute sales plans in existing customer base and assigned accounts to meet profit goals.
• Work with customers to understand needs and propose improvement plans to grow sales.
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders, including plant/facility executives.
• Provide technical support and resolve customer challenges; escalate as needed.
• Analyze systems, interpret data, and provide written recommendations for optimal performance.
• Promote Nalco Water innovations and technology to foster long-term relationships.
