Xerxes is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for Water Tanks to lead sales and margin growth across a broad Atlantic and Southeast U.S. territory.

You will drive a robust funnel, expand distribution, manage pricing and bids, and cultivate new business opportunities with distributors, contractors, regulators, municipalities, developers, and design consultants. The role requires a proven sales record, strong technical background, and excellent communication skills.

Formación

• 3-year college diploma minimum; university degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience required; 5–7 years preferred.
• Engineering degree, civil or mechanical, preferred.
• Proven sales record and solid technical background.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve and exceed sales and margin targets for the territory with an actively managed CRM funnel.
• Build and expand distribution networks while managing pricing and bidding opportunities.
• Generate new specifications and opportunities via engineers, consultants, municipalities, developers, and regulators.
• Convert opportunities into projects and gain product approvals with agencies and engineers.
• Educate the engineering community through meetings, lunch-and-learns, and promotional activities.
• Develop and execute a territory growth plan and monitor market trends and forecasts.
• Travel frequently across the territory, up to 50% overnight.
