Job summary

Xerxes is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive sales and margin performance across a broad Atlantic and Southeast U.S. territory. You will build a strong sales funnel, expand distribution, and manage pricing and bid opportunities for Xerxes water tanks.

You will collaborate with distributors, contractors, engineering firms, regulators, municipalities, developers, and design consultants to generate new business opportunities and drive specifications. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-year college diploma; university degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience required; 5–7 years preferred.
• Proven sales track record with strong technical background.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and margin targets across the Atlantic and Southeast U.S. territory.
• Build and manage a strong CRM sales funnel and distributor networks.
• Manage pricing and bid opportunities; generate new specifications.
• Engage with engineers, regulators, municipalities, developers and design consultants.
• Travel frequently across the territory up to 50% overnight.
• Develop and execute a territory growth plan and contribute to forecasting.
