Job summary

Xerxes is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to lead sales and margin performance across a broad Atlantic and Southeast U.S. territory for water tanks. You will build a robust CRM funnel, expand distribution networks, manage pricing and bid opportunities, and develop new specifications with engineers, municipalities, and developers.

Frequent travel up to 50% is required. Join Xerxes to drive specification opportunities, engage with regulators and engineering teams, and contribute to quarterly

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-year college diploma; university degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant sales experience; 5–7 years preferred.
• Engineering degree preferred (Civil or Mechanical).
• Proven sales track record and solid technical background.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and margin performance across the Atlantic and Southeast U.S. territory.
• Build and manage a strong CRM funnel and distribution networks.
• Manage pricing and bidding opportunities; generate new specifications.
• Engage with engineers, regulators, municipalities, developers, and design consultants.
• Convert opportunities into projects and gain product approvals.
• Travel frequently; up to 50% overnight travel; develop territory growth plan.
