Job summary

Xerxes is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the Atlantic and Southeast U.S. water tanks market. You will drive sales, margins, and a strong CRM funnel, while expanding distribution and managing pricing and bid opportunities.

You'll generate specifications by engaging with engineers, regulators, municipalities, developers, and design consultants. Travel up to 50% across NYC, NJ, DC, MD, PA, OH, VA, NC, SC, GA, FL and other states.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: 3-year college diploma; university degree preferred.
• 3–5 years relevant sales experience; 5–7 years preferred.
• Engineering background preferred (Civil/Mechanical).
• Proven sales track record and solid technical background.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and margin across the Atlantic and Southeast U.S. territory.
• Build and actively manage CRM funnel; expand distribution networks.
• Manage pricing and bidding opportunities; generate specifications with engineers.
• Engage with regulators, municipalities, developers, and design consultants.
• Educate the engineering community through meetings and promotional activities.
• Develop territory growth plans and contribute to forecasting and planning.
• Travel up to 50% across the territory.
