Xerxes is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive sales and margin performance across a broad Atlantic and Southeast U.S. territory. You will build a robust sales funnel, expand distribution, and manage pricing and bid opportunities for Xerxes water tanks.

Successful candidates will engage with engineers, regulators, municipalities, developers, and design consultants to generate specifications and grow the business, while traveling up to half the time.

Qualifications

• 3-year college diploma minimum; university degree preferred.
• 3–5 years relevant experience required; 5–7 years preferred.
• Engineering degree, Civil or Mechanical preferred.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales and margin targets across Atlantic and Southeast U.S. territory.
• Build and manage a strong sales funnel and distributor network.
• Set and bid pricing, pursue opportunities, and secure specifications.
• Generate new opportunities with engineers, regulators, municipalities, and designers.
• Convert opportunities into projects and obtain product approvals.
• Educate engineering communities through meetings and seminars.
• Develop territory growth plan and contribute to monthly forecasts.
• Travel frequently with up to 50% overnight travel.
