Job summary

Xerxes is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive sales and margin performance across a broad Atlantic and Southeast U.S. territory.

You will build a robust funnel, expand distributor networks, manage pricing and bid opportunities, and create new business for Xerxes water tanks with engineers and regulators. You will travel frequently (up to 50%), engage with contractors, design consultants, municipalities, developers, and regulators, and contribute to forecasting and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-year college diploma; university degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant sales experience; 5–7 years preferred.
• Proven sales record and solid technical background.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and margin performance across a large Atlantic and Southeast U.S. territory.
• Build a strong sales funnel and expand distribution networks.
• Manage pricing and bid opportunities; create new business opportunities.
• Engage with distributors, contractors, engineering firms, regulators, municipalities, developers, and design consultants.
• Educate and engage the engineering community through meetings and promotional activities.
• Travel frequently across territory; up to 50% overnight travel.
