Job summary

Xerxes is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to lead sales and margin performance across a major Central U.S. territory for water tanks.

You will build a robust sales funnel, expand distributor networks, and manage pricing and bid opportunities while creating new business opportunities. You will engage with distributors, contractors, engineering firms, regulators, municipalities, developers, and design consultants, with travel up to 50% to meet with customers and support specifications and

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant sales experience; 5–7 years preferred.
• Engineering background preferred (Civil/Mechanical).
• Proven sales track record with strong technical understanding.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and margin across Central U.S. territory.
• Build a strong sales funnel and expand distribution.
• Manage pricing and bid opportunities.
