Job summary

Loenbro, based in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a Preconstruction Manager – Water Solutions to lead strategic client relationships and oversee opportunities from identification to award or closeout. You will collaborate with estimating, operations, business development, and marketing to deliver proposals and hit regional sales targets.

Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills are required, with travel within the region expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in industrial or commercial construction with preconstruction, estimating, PM, or BD experience.
• Experience with water/wastewater projects and public-sector procurement processes.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead client contact for assigned key accounts and project opportunities.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, general contractors, engineers, and industry partners.
• Identify project opportunities through research and collaboration with BD and marketing.
• Lead preconstruction efforts including scope alignment, risk identification, value engineering, and constructability input.
• Own and manage the opportunity lifecycle from identification through bid, award, and closeout using Salesforce.
• Lead RFP/RFQ processes and deliver proposals meeting company standards.
• Coordinate with estimating and operations to develop proposals and pricing.
• Lead constructability reviews and staffing/labor forecasts with client schedules.
• Gains solid understanding of services to be sold and bring in subject matter experts as needed.
• Represent Loenbro at regional events and client meetings to strengthen presence.
• Uphold Loenbro’s safety culture and company values.
