Job summary

Loenbro is seeking a Preconstruction Manager to lead client relationships and oversee opportunities from identification through award or closeout. Working in a seller/doer model, you will be the primary client contact in your region and coordinate with estimating, operations, business development, and marketing to generate compelling proposals.

You will guide win strategies, manage RFP/RFQ processes, and ensure pricing accuracy while aligning with company standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in industrial or commercial construction, project management, or business development.

Responsibilities

• Lead client contact for assigned preconstruction and project opportunities.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships with general contractors, engineers, and industry partners.
• Own the opportunity lifecycle from identification through bid, award, and closeout using Salesforce.
• Drive win strategies and Go/No-Go decisions to target the right projects and clients.
• Lead RFP/RFQ processes and deliverables aligned with company standards.
• Coordinate with estimating, preconstruction, and operations to produce comprehensive proposals.
