Reeves Young in Savannah, GA is seeking a Precon Manager - Water Resources. You will lead preconstruction efforts, contribute to bid strategy, and coordinate with clients and design teams to position projects for profitability.

Responsibilities include takeoffs, reviewing drawings and specs, and guiding scope development with internal staff and external partners. Excellent communication and leadership are essential.

Formación

• Experience in preconstruction project management and bid development.
• Ability to coordinate with clients, design teams and subcontractors.
• Wamiliarity with construction documentation and takeoff processes.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to preconstruction by winning bids and improving profitability.
• Cultivate relationships with staff, clients, subcontractors, and partners.
• Participate in quantity takeoffs and review drawings/specs.
• Identify labor/material/time needs to create project info and scopes.
