Loenbro in Salt Lake City seeks a Preconstruction Manager to oversee national account relationships and pursue multi-regional project opportunities across service lines.

Reporting to the Executive Sales Director, you will lead RFP/RFQ processes, coordinate with regional leaders, shape pricing strategies, and ensure alignment of sales, operations, and preconstruction teams while upholding Loenbro's safety culture.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in industrial or construction business development or preconstruction.
• Experience managing large, multi-location client relationships.
• Strong understanding of capital projects and maintenance programs.
• Excellent communication and negotiation with senior decision-makers.
• Willingness to travel nationally.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for Loenbro’s national and enterprise clients.
• Identify and pursue multi-regional project opportunities across all service lines and market sectors.
• Lead the RFP/RFQ process and deliver to the client while meeting company standards and processes.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors and Preconstruction Managers to align regional execution with national account strategy.
• Develop strategic pricing, value engineering options, and project win strategies.
• Coordinate proposal development, client presentations, and RFP/RFQ responses for national pursuits.
• Gain a solid understanding of the services to be sold and represent that well to the client, bringing in subject matter experts when appropriate.
