Job summary
Loenbro in the United States is seeking a Preconstruction Manager to lead national account development and multi-regional pursuit strategies across all service lines. You will report to the Executive Sales Director and coordinate with Regional Sales Directors to align pursuit, pricing, and project delivery.
The ideal candidate has 8+ years in construction business development or preconstruction, excels at relationship management and complex bid development, and is willing to travel nationally
Qualifications
- 8+ years in business development, preconstruction management, or project sales within construction.
- Proven success managing large, multi-location client relationships.
- Strong knowledge of estimating, bid development, and preconstruction processes.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for national and enterprise clients.
- Identify and pursue multi-regional project opportunities across service lines.
- Lead RFP/RFQ processes and deliverables to clients.
- Collaborate with regional and preconstruction teams to align strategies.
- Maintain account plans and pipelines in Salesforce.
