Job summary

Nalco Water, an Ecolab Company, seeks a District Manager to join its sales team. You will be responsible for revenue and profit growth in targeted accounts, using a consultative approach to build relationships and promote Nalco Water innovations.

This role covers Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Western Massachusetts with about 50% travel. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, 8 years of technical or field sales experience, and a valid Driver's License.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8 years of technical or field sales experience.
• Valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.

Responsibilities

• Generate and execute sales plans to close opportunities in existing and major accounts to meet profit goals.
• Coach and train other District Reps and lead parts of District Meetings.
• Understand business needs and recommend improvement plans to grow sales in the territory.
• Develop relationships with plant/facility executives and key stakeholders.
