Job summary

Hall’s Culligan Water is seeking a Customer Service Representative to ensure a positive customer experience. You’ll respond to inquiries by phone, text, and email, address concerns, and troubleshoot issues, all while delivering friendly, professional service in our dealership’s office environment.

This full-time role Monday–Friday 8am–5pm, with occasional evenings and weekends, includes benefits after introductory period: PTO, a $17 hourly rate, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Must type 40 wpm.

Responsibilities
