Job summary

Hall’s Culligan Water is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver outstanding support in a fast-paced, office-based environment. You will respond to inquiries by phone, text, and email, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate information to ensure customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in a call center, strong Microsoft Office skills, and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a call center environment.
• 2+ years experience with Microsoft Office products.
• 2+ years experience in Collections.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, text, and email with a focus on a positive experience.
• Address customer concerns, troubleshoot problems and provide accurate information.
• Handle routine and complex inquiries with professionalism.
• Accurately document customer interactions in service software.
