Job summary

Hall's Culligan is hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to ensure outstanding customer experience. You will respond to inquiries by phone, text, and email, troubleshoot problems, and provide accurate information in an office environment using multi-line phones and computers.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and multitasking, with a Monday–Friday 8am–5pm schedule; some evenings and weekends may be needed. Spanish bilingualism is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.
