Hall’s Culligan Water is seeking a Customer Service Representative to respond to inquiries by phone, text, and email, resolve issues, and deliver a positive customer experience in a busy dealership office.

This full-time role offers an 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday schedule, paid time off, a comprehensive benefits package including a 401(k) with company match after the introductory period, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in high-volume customer service environment preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and apply it to resolve issues.
• Proficient in using computer and tablet applications; typing 40 wpm.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, text, and email to deliver an outstanding experience.
• Address customer concerns accurately, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions.
• Handle routine and complex inquiries with professionalism.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of products and services to assist customers effectively.
• Document interactions in customer service software and coordinate with other departments as needed.
