Hall’s Culligan in San Diego, CA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver outstanding service via phone, text, and email. You will respond promptly, resolve issues, and maintain customer satisfaction in a dealership office environment.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a call center, strong communication, multitasking, empathy, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; typing 40 wpm. Full-time, Monday–Friday 8am–5pm, with potential evenings/weekends and benefits after intro period.

Qualifications

• High School/GED or better.
• 2+ years in a call center environment.
• 2+ years in Collections.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, text, and email with a focus on providing an outstanding customer experience.
• Effectively and accurately address customer concerns, troubleshoot problems, and provide accurate information.
• Handle both routine inquiries and complex issues with professionalism.
• Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in customer service software.
