Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, text, and email with a focus on outstanding customer experience.
• Effectively address customer concerns, troubleshoot problems, and provide accurate information.
• Handle routine inquiries and complex issues with professionalism.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of products and services to assist customers and offer recommendations.
• Document customer interactions in customer service software.
