Hall’s Culligan Water is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a dealership office setting in Morro Bay, CA. You will respond to inquiries via phone, text, and email, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate information while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

This full-time role features a Monday–Friday schedule, with potential evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in a customer service role.
• 2+ years' experience in a call center environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, text, and email with a focus on providing an outstanding customer experience.
• Effectively and accurately address customer concerns, troubleshoot problems, and provide accurate information.
• Handle both routine inquiries and complex issues with professionalism.
