Job summary

HDR is seeking a Water Right of Way Director to refine and oversee the WBG Right of Way program. You will partner with leadership to raise HDR’s technical excellence, expand market presence, and deliver integrated real estate solutions for clients and projects.

You will lead cross-functional teams, engage with clients, and manage projects while advancing growth strategies in multiple geographies and market sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in the field.
• Professional registration and related technical experience for leadership roles.
• Experience developing and managing diverse teams.
• Experience collaborating with directors, operations and marketing to grow business.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical focal point for the WBG to deliver Right of Way services and build alliances.
• Support Market Sector Directors and drive strategic growth in geographies and sectors.
• Recruit, mentor and align Right of Way staff to meet client needs and ensure quality deliverables.
