Job summary

HDR is seeking a Water Right of Way Director who will refine and oversee the WBG ROW program. You will work with senior leadership to align market priorities, drive growth, and manage key projects while advancing HDR’s ROW capabilities.

You will lead recruiting, mentor staff, and coordinate with market sector directors and clients to deliver high‑quality right-of-way and real estate solutions across multiple geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or closely related field required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a related field.
• Professional registration in Architecture/Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and refine a Water Business Group (WBG) Right of Way program and oversee its implementation.
• Support market sector directors, pursue opportunities, and coordinate client relationships and pursuits.
• Develop and align technical staff, recruit key personnel, and ensure quality and delivery standards.
