Job summary

HDR is seeking a Water Right of Way Director to refine and oversee a WBG right of way program. You’ll collaborate with HDR's leadership to raise technical excellence, expand market presence, and deliver integrated real estate solutions to clients and projects.

The role emphasizes leadership of multidisciplinary teams, client engagement, and strategic growth across geographies, with travel and employee-owner culture at its core.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a related field.
• Professional registration in architecture/engineering for technical design leadership roles.
• Experience developing and managing diverse teams.
• Collaborative work with directors, managers and marketing teams on business-class efforts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical focal point for the WBG to deliver Right of Way services.
• Support market sector directors in strategic growth for Right of Way initiatives.
• Recruit and develop staff, mentor teams, and align resources to client needs.
