Job summary

HDR is seeking a Water Right of Way Director to refine and oversee the WBG right of way program. You will report to the Planning Program Director and partner with WBG leadership to coordinate initiatives that meet program goals.

You will define market priorities, drive HDR’s right of way strategy, identify growth opportunities, and work with clients to integrate right of way solutions. This senior role requires leadership of multidisciplinary teams and strong client communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in related field.
• Professional registration (Architecture/Engineering) for leadership roles in technical design.
• Experience developing and managing diverse teams.
• Ability to work cooperatively with other directors, managers and marketing staff.
• Commitment to quality, HDR values and employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical focal point for the WBG to deliver Right of Way services and build alliances within HDR.
• Support Market Sector Directors in developing strategic plans and pursuing opportunities to grow geographic reach.
• Recruit, mentor and align Right of Way staff to meet client needs.
