Job summary

HDR is seeking a Water Right of Way Director to refine and lead HDR’s Right of Way program within the Water Business Group. You will collaborate with leadership to elevate technical excellence, expand market penetration, and drive growth across geographies and sectors.

You’ll work with clients to integrate ROW and real estate solutions while guiding project teams. As a senior leader, you’ll recruit and mentor staff, maintain high-quality deliverables, and talk with clients about the value HDR

Qualifications

Demonstrated industry leadership and industry association engagement.
Experience managing diverse client relationships and program/pursuit management.
Experience with water-related infrastructure and experience working with Federal and State Right of Way Acquisition laws (FHWA and Uniform Relocation Act).
Real estate licenses or related professional designations.

Responsibilities

Project and Program Support Responsibilities. This position will serve as a technical focal point for the WBG to deliver Right of Way services to our clients and to create alliances within the WBG.
Marketing and Business Development. The WBG Director will support Market Sector Directors in developing and implementing their strategic visions to develop and support right of way initiatives.
Technical Staff Development and Alignment – Serving as the WBG subject-matter expert on Right of Way services and mentoring staff.
