Job summary

HDR is seeking a Water Right of Way Director to refine and implement the WBG right of way program, reporting to the Planning Program Director. The role partners with HDR's Right of Way leadership to align project goals with market priorities and drive growth across geographies and sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in related field.
• Professional or Architecture/Engineering registration and related technical experience preferred.
• Experience leading diverse teams and coordinating cross‑functional groups.

Responsibilities

• Project and Program Support Responsibilities: technical focal point for the WBG to deliver Right of Way services to our clients and to create alliances within the WBG.
• Marketing and Business Development: develop strategic visions to support or lead right of way initiatives and pursue opportunities.
• Technical Staff Development and Alignment: recruit, mentor and align staff to meet client needs and maintain quality.
