HDR is seeking a Water Right of Way Director to refine and implement the WBG ROW program, reporting to the Planning Program Director and partnering with ROW leadership. You will coordinate activities tied to program goals and drive market penetration through growth strategies across geographies and sectors.

The role requires working with market sector leaders, staff and clients to integrate ROW acquisition and real estate solutions, and to communicate HDR's value to projects.

Qualifications

• Industry leadership and engagement with associations.
• Development and management of diverse client relationships and pursuits.
• Experience with water-related infrastructure and ROW laws/regulations.

Responsibilities

• Define and oversee the WBG right of way program and coordinate with leadership.
• Support marketing, business development, and client relationships to grow market presence.
• Recruit and mentor staff, aligning ROW team to client needs and HDR values.
