HDR seeks a Water Right of Way Director to refine and oversee the WBG right of way program across diverse markets. You will work with market sector leaders, technical staff and clients to align acquisition and real estate solutions with strategic goals.

This senior role emphasizes client relations, project leadership and growth through geographic expansion, with travel and a strong commitment to HDR's employee-owned culture and high quality standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated industry leadership and industry association engagement.
• Experience developing and managing diverse client relationships and program pursuits.
• Experience with water-related infrastructure and ROW regulations (FHWA, Uniform Relocation Act) and real estate services.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical focal point for WBG to deliver Right of Way services.
• Support market sector Directors and drive strategic growth in geographies and service areas.
• Recruit, mentor and align right of way staff to meet client needs.
