Job summary

HDR is seeking a Water Right of Way Director within the Water Business Group to refine and oversee the WBG right of way program. You will partner with leadership to expand market penetration and align acquisitions with client needs, delivering high-quality right of way services while pursuing growth across geographies and sectors.

Travel is substantial and you will engage with clients to articulate HDR's value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in related field.
• For Business Class leadership roles ... professional/Architecture/Engineering registration.
• Experience in development and management of diverse teams.
• Works cooperatively with other business class directors and managers.

Responsibilities

• Project and Program Support Responsibilities. The WBG to deliver Right of Way services to our clients and to create alliances within the WBG.
• Marketing and Business Development. Develops strategic plans to address market opportunities and drive growth geographically.
• Technical Staff Development and Alignment – recruit, mentor, and align staff to meet client needs.
