Job summary

HDR is seeking a Water Right of Way Director to refine and implement a WBG Right of Way program. You will work with HDR's Right of Way leadership, coordinate with market sector leaders, and drive growth through strategic geography and project opportunities.

You will regularly engage clients to articulate HDR’s value in right of way, manage projects, and maintain utilization targets to strengthen our leadership in this field.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated industry leadership and involvement with industry associations.
• Experience developing and managing diverse client relationships.
• Experience with water-related infrastructure and ROW laws/regulations (FHWA, Relocation etc.).
• Real estate licenses or professional designations related to real estate services.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical focal point for WBG to deliver Right of Way services.
• Partner with market sector leaders to grow WBG initiatives and geographic reach.
• Recruitment, mentoring, and alignment of Right of Way staff to meet client needs.
