HDR's Water Business Group seeks a Director of Right of Way to refine and oversee the WBG right of way program, coordinating with market sector leaders, technical staff and clients to advance HDR's ROW initiatives.

The role focuses on growing market penetration, defining strategies for geographic expansion, and delivering integrated real estate solutions for HDR projects, while maintaining high-quality deliverables and client engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a professional, architecture, engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in related field.
• For leadership roles, professional registration (Architect/Engineer) is required.
• Experience developing and managing diverse teams.
• Ability to work cooperatively with other directors and managers.
• Commitment to quality, HDR values and continuous improvement.
• Active participant in HDR's employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical focal point for the WBG to deliver Right of Way services and build alliances.
• Support Market Sector Directors to develop strategic visions and pursue opportunities; drive geographies and service areas.
• Recruit, mentor and align Right of Way staff to meet client needs and project goals.
