Job summary

HDR is seeking a Water Business Group Right of Way Director. You will refine and oversee the WBG right of way program, collaborating with leaders to raise HDR’s ROW expertise and market reach. You’ll manage projects, talk to clients about value, and lead growth through geographic and sector expansion.

You will work with market sector leaders, staff, and clients to integrate ROW acquisition and real estate solutions, while maintaining a utilization target and driving strategic program direction.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in industry and active engagement with industry associations.
• Experience developing and managing diverse client relationships and program pursuits.
• Experience with water-related infrastructure and ROW regulations (FHWA, Uniform Relocation Act).
• Real estate licenses or professional designations related to real estate services.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for WBG Right of Way; align with growth goals.
• Develop strategic plans to expand market presence and coordinate key pursuits.
