Job summary

HDR is seeking a Water Business Group Director of Right of Way to refine and oversee the program, reporting to the Planning Program Director. You will collaborate with HDR's Right of Way Director and lead cross-functional teams to advance market penetration and growth in WBG.

You will be the subject-matter expert on Right of Way services, recruit and develop staff, and manage projects while maintaining utilization targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Architecture or closely related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in related field.
• Experience leading diverse teams and collaborating with directors/management.
• Commitment to quality and HDR values.
• Active participation in employee-owned culture is required.

Responsibilities

• Project and Program Support: act as technical focal point for WBG and deliver Right of Way services.
• Marketing and Business Development: support market sector Directors in pursuing opportunities and client relationships.
• Technical Staff Development and Alignment: recruit, mentor, and align staff with best practices.
