Job summary

HDR is seeking a Water Right of Way Director to refine and oversee the Water Business Group's right of way program. This role reports to the Planning Program Director and partners with HDR's Right of Way leadership to coordinate activities aligned with program goals.

The Director will define priorities across market sectors, elevate HDR’s ROW capabilities, and drive growth through geographic and sector expansion while collaborating with clients, technical staff and leaders on select projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture or closely related field required.
10+ years in related field with leadership responsibilities.
Professional license/registration and experience in ROW management preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership for WBG Right of Way services and project delivery.
Develop and implement strategic plans to grow ROW capabilities in target geographies.
Coordinate with market sector leaders, clients and staff to align projects with program goals.
