This leadership role focuses on growth across geographies and sectors, aligns staff, supports business development, and ensures high-quality delivery across projects, with compensation commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in related field.
• Professional registration in Architecture/Engineering.
• Experience leading diverse teams.
• Ability to collaborate with directors and marketing managers.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical focal point for the WBG to deliver Right of Way services.
• Develop strategic plans to grow geographies and markets.
• Coordinate with market sector directors and clients to integrate ROW solutions.
