Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a professional, architecture, engineering or closely related field.
• 10+ years of experience in the related field.
• Must maintain professional registration (architecture/engineering) for leadership roles.
• Experience developing and managing diverse teams.
• Ability to work with HDR leadership and cross-functional teams on business-class efforts.
• Active participation in HDR's employee-owned culture and values.

Responsibilities

• Define and refine the WBG Right of Way program and coordinate with leadership to meet goals.
• Support market sector leaders in developing strategic visions for right of way initiatives and growth.
• Recruitment, mentoring and alignment of staff to meet client needs and ensure quality delivery.
