Qualifications

• Demonstrated industry leadership and engagement with industry associations.
• Proven ability to develop and manage diverse teams and client relationships.
• Experience with real estate services and related regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

• Define and refine the WBG right of way program and oversee its implementation.
• Coordinate with market sector leaders, technical staff and clients to integrate ROW solutions.
• Mentor staff, recruit key personnel, and align ROW teams with client needs and HDR goals.
