HDR is seeking a Water Business Group Right of Way Director to refine and oversee a comprehensive right of way program. This role partners with leadership to achieve growth, market penetration, and high-quality outcomes for clients and projects.

The Director will guide strategic planning, engage with clients, and manage selected projects while maintaining utilization targets and advancing HDR’s employee-owned culture.
