Job summary

ServiceMaster Restore 7658 - Round Rock is seeking a Restoration Project Manager & Estimator to oversee residential and commercial damage projects from initial inspection through estimating, execution, and completion. This role combines project management, field operations, insurance estimating, team leadership, and customer service to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, accurately, and profitably.

Xactimate experience is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Xactimate experience; demonstrated proficiency.
• Experience in property restoration or related field.
• Proficient with tablets, mobile devices, and project documentation software.

Responsibilities

• Manage restoration projects from initial inspection through completion, including damage assessment, mitigation, drying, demolition, and reconstruction coordination.
• Conduct onsite inspections and prepare, review, and revise accurate mitigation and reconstruction estimates using Xactimate.
• Maintain complete project records, including photographs, job notes, signed documents, drying records, labor and equipment usage, and materials.
• Serve as the primary liaison among customers, insurance companies, adjusters, and internal teams.
• Supervise and support restoration technicians, coordinate with field personnel, promote quality workmanship and accountability.
