ServiceMaster Restore is seeking a Construction Estimator to prepare accurate repair and reconstruction estimates for residential and commercial properties impacted by water, wind, fire, and other covered losses. Qualifications

• Accurate repair and reconstruction estimates for residential and commercial properties.
• Experience with drywall, painting, flooring, cabinetry, trim, doors, windows, roofing and related trades is preferred.
• Strong organization and attention to detail are essential for multi-project management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed line-item estimates in Xactimate or Symbility for repair/reconstruction projects.
• Inspect properties, take measurements, review photos and documents to establish scope.
• Identify labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and permits required.
• Develop scopes addressing damage and return properties to pre-loss condition.
• Coordinate with PMs, field staff, and subs to verify methods, quantities, and site conditions.
• Obtain and review subcontractor quotes for accuracy and completeness.
• Evaluate costs and prepare budgets to support pricing and profitability.
• Prepare supplements and documentation for concealed damage and code requirements.
• Communicate with adjusters and program reps to resolve scope/pricing differences.
• Prepare customer proposals, selections, allowances, upgrades and change orders.
• Provide approved estimates and scope details to production for scheduling.
• Maintain estimating files with photos, measurements, quotes, approvals and revisions.
• Coordinate with management to ensure final invoices reflect approved work.
