The role requires Xactimate expertise, managing crews, documenting progress, and coordinating with customers and insurers. On-site leadership and adherence to safety standards are essential.

• Hands-on Xactimate experience required and demonstrated during screening.
• Experience in property restoration and insurance estimating.
