Job summary

Servpro of Pflugerville is seeking a Restoration Estimator to manage the estimating process for residential and commercial restoration projects, including water, fire, mold, contents, and reconstruction.

The role requires at least five years of experience in restoration estimating, advanced Xactimate skills, and the ability to communicate professionally with customers, adjusters, property managers, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of restoration estimating experience (water, fire, mold, reconstruction).
• Advanced Xactimate proficiency (Level 2 or Level 3 preferred).
• Strong understanding of insurance claims processes and carrier guidelines.
• Ability to read blueprints, sketches, and construction documents.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onsite inspections to assess damages for restoration projects.
• Create detailed estimates using Xactimate and Servpro standards.
• Prepare scopes, sketches, photos, and supporting documentation.
• Submit estimates within required timelines (often 24–48 hours).
• Coordinate with Production Managers, Crew Chiefs, and Technicians to ensure scope accuracy.
• Update estimates based on supplements or change orders and assist with job costing.
