Job summary

ServiceMaster in Cedar Park, TX is seeking a Restoration Project Manager & Estimator to lead restoration projects from inspection through completion. You will coordinate field crews, prepare mitigation and reconstruction estimates with Xactimate, and ensure work is safe, accurate, and profitable.

This role requires hands-on Xactimate experience, property restoration or insurance estimating background, strong organizational and communication skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Xactimate experience required.
• Experience in property restoration or insurance estimating.
• Proficient with tablets/mobile documentation software.

Responsibilities

• Manage restoration projects from inspection to completion.
• Prepare and revise mitigation and reconstruction estimates with Xactimate.
• Coordinate field crews and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain thorough project documentation and invoicing data.
• Communicate with customers, insurers, and internal teams.
